The hotel has a perfect location, just in front of the old port of Patras near the city centre. We stayed in a front room and we enjoyed the view to the see. The breakfast buffet although limited was enriched with freshly squeezed orange juice and the most tasteful coffee I found around the city.Parking was easy to be found during weekend but not on a weekday.
We asked for a double bed but almost all front rooms were furnished with twin beds. The matrices could be also changed.

Excellent value for money, good location near the Patras port and all services. Breakfast was great, there was a nice, fresh selection on offer, including proper coffee and freshly squeezed juice on order and lovely home-made cakes. Our room was comfortable (with a view to the city on top floor) and well equipped, it even had little perks such as espresso machine. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and have given the hotel their personal touch which makes the place unique and very unlike the typical sterile city hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided every morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. All good.

This hotel was surprising in that although we only wanted the conveniencw of an overnight, we found that it was so comfortable and friendly, also reasonably priced and in fact the 'nicest one on the block', that we could have atayed longer. Well done Primarola, you are now permanently in the address book and already recommended to friends.

Convenient to the port and to the city.
Wifi did not penetrate to the third floor. It was necessary to go to the ground floor to pick up the connection.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling city center and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. the room was stylishly decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. the service was exceptional, with the staff being polite and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of choices to start the day.
One small downside was the plumbing issue in the toilet, which became clogged after the first use.

Hotel staff were excellent!!! We had a misfortune and they've done everything they could to make our visit pleasant. In summary, they treated as as their friends and not as just guests.
Unfortunately the hotel is situated at the port. Even though it is extremely well sound proofed, the port of Patras is not the most secure area.

The hotel was quite artistic with unique decor and a fascinating feel. Despite being a small room, everything was spotless and cleaned to perfection. the breakfast was adequate for a short stay and the hotel satisfied our needs with an excellent location.
The hotel staff was unprofessional and not considerate. Despite being a business trip, the noise level from outside disrupted our sleep which was detrimental to our productivity for the day ahead.

Only 4 parking spaces; if you travel by car it is pain trying find a place to park in the centre of Patra.

The design of the room (maps suite)
The room temperature. The a/c wasn't so good and we had a baby so there was a problem with that. Furthermore, in the bathroom there was no a/c at all, so it was pretty cold and it's winter!

Stayed at this amazing art hotel during Easter and had a blast! The rooms were decorated in a unique and artistic way, each with their own theme. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many great restaurants and shops. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and included a variety of options to choose from. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered free WiFi, which was an added bonus.
The noise level from the street, which could be heard throughout the night. However, it wasn't too bothersome for me personally and didn't affect my overall experience at the hotel.

Staff very friendly and always helpful. A perfect stopover if you are moving on to other Greek Islands via the ferry port which is literally just around the corner. Breakfast excellent standard with a wide choice.

The position, the espesso coffee-machine provided
Lot of dust in the room and at the breakfast area.
